Shul Tablecloth Order

Program is still open.

Thank you for your interest in our Subsidized Shul Tablecloth Initiative. Shul tablecloths are available at a subsidized price of $18.00 for all sizes. Optional dedication embroidery is available for an additional fee — please contact us for embroidery pricing.

Program details

Please complete the form in its entirety, including all table sizes and quantities, so we can process your order promptly. Review your order carefully before sending.

The previous $9 program that included L"ZN embroidery is currently closed. If you previously took part in the $9 embroidered program and would like to refresh your tablecloths, please email us for details.

Important: submitting this form serves as confirmation of your order. Orders are processed exactly as provided, so accuracy is essential.

Refresher Shul Tablecloth Program — the refresher program is closed until after Sukkos; the $18 program is still running. It is only for shuls that already received our Sponsored Embroidered Tablecloth package and need to add or replace a few cloths. It helps to include your original style number, even if it is not listed, because we sometimes have small quantities of past styles.
